Chemical Engineering Equipment Design & Scale-Down Prototype Project
Designed and built a scale-down prototype of a chemical engineering equipment system and presented its design at a project exhibition.
Designed a mixing tank as part of a team-based project for the Chemical Engineering Equipment Design course. The project involved developing the equipment design based on process requirements, engineering calculations, and design considerations, followed by the construction of a scale-down physical prototype (maket) to visualize the proposed equipment.
The project covered the design of the mixing tank and its components, including considerations related to tank dimensions, mixing system, and equipment configuration. The completed prototype was presented at a project exhibition, where I explained the design concept, working principle, components, and engineering considerations to lecturers and visitors.

This project strengthened my skills in chemical engineering equipment design, engineering calculations, technical visualization, teamwork, and technical presentation, while providing hands-on experience in translating an engineering design into a physical prototype.
