Business, Content & Cafe Operations Support – Bakso Bakar Nyonya
Supporting a small food business through product documentation, content creation, customer service, and day-to-day cafe operations since 2023.
Providing ongoing support for Bakso Bakar Nyonya since 2023, contributing across business documentation, content creation, customer service, and day-to-day cafe activities based on operational needs.
My primary involvement has been in documenting products and business activities through photography, preparing written content, and creating selected promotional materials for Instagram. I have contributed to visual content such as product photography and “We Are Open” promotional posts, helping maintain the business’s online presence and communicate information to customers.
In addition to content-related work, I have also supported the cafe’s day-to-day operations, particularly during its early stage before dedicated employees were available. During this period, I worked alongside my aunt to help serve customers and keep the cafe operating. This provided direct experience in customer interaction, responding to customer needs, and adapting to different operational tasks.
Through this ongoing experience, I have developed practical skills in content writing, product photography, social media content creation, customer service, communication, documentation, and adaptability. Working in a small business environment has also taught me to take initiative and contribute across different areas depending on what the business needs.
