Achetone - Chemical Engineering National Event
Contributed as a volunteer in the Public Relations team and supported various operational roles during Achetone, a national chemical engineering event at POLINEMA.
Contributed as a volunteer in Achetone – Chemical Engineering National Event, organized by Politeknik Negeri Malang (POLINEMA). Achetone consisted of several event series, including a National Seminar and NAFPACOM (National Paper Competition).
I was initially assigned to the Public Relations team, where I supported Instagram collaboration coordination and sponsorship outreach for the event. During the event series, I also provided cross-functional support based on operational needs, including operating event equipment, documenting activities through photography, coordinating and directing participants, and leading the Indonesian national anthem.
Through these experiences, I developed communication, coordination, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Being involved across different stages and roles also taught me to respond to unexpected situations and contribute wherever needed to ensure the event ran smoothly.
